Golden Child are all about the ‘feels’ with new release ‘Feel Me’
Golden Child have released their third single album ‘Feel Me‘ and the title track of the same name. This is the group’s first Korean release in over a year with ‘Aura‘ dropping in August 2022.
It’s been a long wait, but after listening to the title track ‘Feel Me‘, we think you’ll agree that it’s been well worth the wait!
‘Feel Me‘ feels (see what I did there!!) different from anything the group has released previously, but the post grunge-rock track seems to fit them and their vocals perfectly.
The beginning of the track pulses with electronic synth which sets the mood and the atmosphere before the percussion hits you. The song is melodic and will be an instant ear-worm when you listen. Vocalists and rappers alike shine in this song and even takes the time to twist their roles into something more.
This song has everything, real choruses, real melodies and real structure. It’s a fully-formed, triumphant track that showcases Golden Child doing what they do best!
We’ve missed hearing them and their music and hope that we don’t have to wait so long for their next release.
The accompanying music video fits with the theme of the song perfectly. It’s angsty, atmospheric and anthemic all at the same time.
Golden Child ‘Feel Me’
At the media launch, members revealed that they have been actively pursuing their solo careers, such as music, acting and musicals between releases.
Golden Child‘s leader Lee Dae-yeol said, “As the leader, I think the strength of our team comes from the fact that all 10 of us have very different and unique characteristics. He continued, ”And with all 10 of us put together, I think we create this vibe that no one else can.”
