BLACKPINK drop more ‘Kill This Love’ teasers

By  |

BLACKPINK‘s teasers for ‘Kill This Love‘ are flowing thick and fast now.

‘Kill This Love‘ is the name of their comeback EP and title track which are scheduled for release on April 4.

The latest release is the official teaser for ‘Kill This Love‘, and it’s a feast for the senses. The teaser features the members embodying their tough but feminine concept, along with high energy music.

The music opens with an image of brass musical instruments which then commence blaring out a vaguely military-feeling opening. From there we follow the ladies as they strut down a gritty urban laneway wearing some very blinged out accessories. The 22-second clip ends with them singing the title (and chorus) of the track ‘Let’s Kill This Love‘ wearing the Lara Croft inspired outfits while the building behind them explodes.

With a teaser this BIG, we can only wonder what the full MV is going to be like.

Earlier individual teaser clips had been posted for each of the BLACKPINK members. The clips are in the red theme of the teaser images we had seen earlier. However, each of the clips has a soundtrack that sounds quite dark and glitchy.

It has been confirmed that BLACKPINK‘s mini-album will be released at midnight KST. This is due to the request of Universal Music Group USA requesting that the songs be released at that time globally to enable all fans to hear the new release at the same time.

BLACKPINK will be making their comeback with ‘Kill This Love‘ on April 5.

BLACKPINK will be bringing their new music to Australia in June. They will be performing in Melbourne at the Rod Laver Arena on Thursday, 13 June and Sydney at the Qudos Bank Arena on Saturday, 15 June.
